HI,Guguz Did you file your appeal in vanco Right, & you get your blue book close to same time like I received just couple days up & down . did you receive any letter from IAD since you received your blue book??? I'M so worry, Its four weeks gone I get no news. let me know if u get any good news. Anyone knows full hearing time period in Toronto after appeal letter.??

Hi Arif. U are right. My appeal case is in Vancouver. We received Blue book on Aug 5th, 2013. But no news from Appeal Division yet. I will definitely share if i get any updates.

Arif what is ur status?? Are u Vancouver as well??

I have no idea about Toronto timeline. One of the co-member told its 3-4 months for ADR.

Thanks 4 ur replay, I'm citizen. sponsor my wife, between CHC Islamabad and lawyer both made for me more complicated .I did nothing wrong but I'm going to pay big price. My lawyer lie to me that why I stuck in Toronto. He said "you have 3 days left to file appeal and I figure out later I had 17teen days. Its my luck or what only GOD" knows.

Hi arif. ali I am in Vancouver but I received the blue book July 10th 2013. I have not received anymore news form the IAD as of yet. I believe here in Vanc it is about 4 months behind to get an ADR or full hearing my lawyer had said. Hubby's interview was January 07th 2013. We were denied the visa January 08th.Received the refusal of the visa letter January 24th 2013.I sent notice of appeal Feb 05th 2013. Received the acknowledgement letter of my notice to appeal dated Feb 28th on March 05th 2013. Receieved the blue book July 10th 2013 and nothing since this time. Waiting.... Just been visiting the lawyer and getting prepared for whatever hearing I get granted either an ADR or a full hearing. The lawyer has requested an ADR but he is preparing both of us for whatever so then we will be ready and well prepared. I hope this helps? Good luck XO

I appealed in Vancouver September 2012 and got my acknowledgement letter in November 2012 and blue book in March 2013. I just received notice that I will be going to full hearing in November. Waiting time in Vancouver is no faster than Toronto.
Does anyone have a timeline for after their full hearing date?

Hi I have A Question my brother got engage back home he is currently a student in Uni for electrical ENG. he still have a year and half to do ...
so We planning to go in Dec to do a wedding and start the sponsorship case but i was wondering can he sponsor hes wife if he is a student and he was born in canada and he is 19 years old. We living in montreal and hes wife is living in afghanistan i would like to know what does he needs to bring with him and what document he would need to fill up and is there a way she can come back with him with a vist visa since he is a student and wont be able to visit her for like a 1.5 until he finish studies and apply for a job....

I made request for GCMS (CAIPS) notes on July 29, and just received yesterday, August 27th. Did you order the physical file or just electronic file? Physical may take much longer. If electronic, perhaps your file is longer and will take more time....

hi,Double Rainbow. THANKS for sharing your Experience. here every body has his/her good or bad Experience. One of my friend got Refusal in April,2011.CHC Islamabad said "we did not receive your police report so, here is your refusal. He already sent it to CHC Islamabad. Does CHC Islamabad know how much does it cost to him?? around $4500 for lawyer , six months for ADR & Another 10 months for file transfer, re medical, visa process . I can say worst Immigration system in the World to sponsoring your spouse. Specially in CHC Islamabad Office.

Hi, reason as usual marriage is not genuine. But this is not the real reason. I was living with my husband since we got married and prior to that another 6 months. We had wedding with honeymoon we dont have age difference only couple of years and finally we will have a baby in november!
So the real reasons are:
1 he is muslim im christian, even though we both from ex soviet union and speak same language.
2 he holds refugee passport and lives in Vienna
3 he is not poor he makes money through car business so they right away think there is criminality involved.
Thats all what i can say, and we r going through toronto office
