they can only ask the same forms which u have submitted at initial stage. after passage of time, VO wants to know if there is any change or updating in the status.

We had our appeal today and thank god appeal is allowed. Does anybody know what we have to do next?

I have a question ... our case has a significant age difference too (I am 15 years older than my wife). My lawyer does not think it is an issue. Did you find it was an issue at the Full Hearing for you? Did they spend a lot of time on the age difference?

oh yes they did ...they wanted to know if it was acceptable in my husbands culture and by his family and if it was acceptable to my family

it depends where i guess...here in Vancouver it is much faster than on the east coast. For us we got a refusal letter on first of october 2014 and the appeal on Sept 9 2015

Hi everyone we won our appeal in mid of march nd submitted the updated forms nd pcc nd medical in first week of may but after dat we hv nt got anything. Online status is application received from last week of march. It didnt change after dat. Is there anyone with the same situation or anyone kno whats gonna happen after dat nd hw long its gonna be after dat.
I m dealing with ottawa office.

Was your decision made on the day of hearing? I had mines on 19th of August. I still don't have my decision made yet. No letter yet.

Hey there r87.....how are you doing.....from what i see and read on this forum....when a person win there appeal whether is an ADR or full hearing....it take about 3-4 weeks after decision is made for the to request up to date forms with medical and police record check then after that i see most of the ppl get there passport request withing 6-8 months but it all depends on the visa office that dealling with a person application.......i hope this help you and if im wrong can someone please share the right imformation

Yes, you are right. Same like mines. Decision was not yet made by the judge. She told me to wait for a letter. Was yours a full-hearing? Mines was a full-hearing.

you are correct maddants we won our appeal in toronto feb 10 2014 pp request end of august 2014 it took us around 7 months after the appeal won...

We won our appeal on march 13. Its been 6 months. I hope i ll receive the ppr in couple of weeks.
