I would like to know how long to wait for CIC or VISA office abroad to contact me after wining my appeal . I got the letter from IAD "IRB" but I didn't hear anything from VO or Ottawa office . plz advice .

No news yet. The judge never told me if I won or lost at the hearing. She told me a decision letter will come.

When was your wife's hearing? Mine was on the 19th of August.

When my blue book was 2 weeks late i contacted the appeals office. i got it shortly after. i wonder if they are overloaded lately.
