Please mention your timeline and NOC so that others can get help.
You have to wait for VO communication. In parallel, you can take advice from immigration lawyer.
Keep ready all your supporting docs and explanation

However what docs to be prepared to face such cases

1. Endorse by supervisor that the JD is genuine and give the business cards of your supervisor and HR manager.
2. Employment letter from HR
3. If they ask about Visa center then ask visa center what should be replied and prepare Explanation after discussing with Visa Center Consultant as you already paid them. They are bound to help you.

Congrats for your MR. :)

I dont understand why you are confused. Just send all docs through FedEx/DHL to their mailing address.

If you send Hard copy then dont send the scan copy to the mentioned email address.

Rumel Bhai,

That is right. There are something to be confused in the instruction from. Please see the below instruction from MVO-

#1. All requested documents, unless specifically instructed to submit an original, should be sent as an email attachment to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. Please refer to the section on Additional Information below.

#2. IMPORTANT: Submit documents by ONE method only. Sending documents through duplicate or multiple channels will result in processing delays.

#3. Documents requested in its original form, e.g. police certificates, should be sent thru either of the following methods:

1. Visa Application Centres (VACs) – for applicants residing in the Philippines

For more information, visit http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Philippines/index.html

2. Courier

Embassy of Canada, Visa Section Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza 6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City 1226
Philippines

What should we do??

What should we do??

Send the hard copy of PCC, and send the rest via email. Just mention that hard copy of PCC was send by courier (include tracking or ref number).

These VO do copy paste when writing to an applicant. Mistakes happen when you use copy paste blindly. I am sure that he wants what I told you, but couldn't explain properly to you.

Dear mates,

I'm listing down all the necessary documents for MR as follows:

1) Medical Instruction form.
2) Passport / National ID card (Original copy need to carry).
3) Eye glasses
4) 4 copy of recent photographs. ( Not required if the panel physician is listed as "eMedical enabled".)
[Can anyone confirm Dr. Wahab's Clinic is eMedical enabled or not?]

Please correct me if I've missed anything.

Dear Mates,

Me & my spouse are expecting baby. Probable date of delivery will be June-2016. We shall inform this to the doctor during medical tests. Now,

1) Will it cause delay to get PPR? If anybody has faced similar situation, please share your experience.
2) What are the formalities for mother and new born baby?
3) What documents I need to submit for new born baby?

Thanks in advance.

5. 3000 BDT per person.
6. If your married and spouse has any surgery(for new born baby) then you have to carry the documents as well.

Best of luck :)

Dont worry at all. Just inform to the Doctor that your spouse is pregnant.
They will do the X-Ray with Shield paper.

If you are unable to go before June-2016 then you have to inform VO about this and have to give all supporting documents.

Better move as early as possible to Canada if you dont have any lack.

Remember: You must inform the Dr. about the pregnancy.

Agree on point 1 & 2

About number 3, well as VISA center is acting like a cunning fox and simply treating their client as a "murgi" and keep on doing their false advertising to old and new potential clients, I would suggest to talk with a enlisted Canada Immigration lawyer by CIC. They suppose to be aware/know exactly what has to be done exactly.

To my analysis, all these VC/SA and similar grouped clients has to wait till to the last. Because, if VO do "jhamela" with any applicant , applicants can counter VO with more "Jhamela" like litigations. So for sure VO will clear phase by phase less "jhamela purno" files earlier.

And VC/SA clients should not loose ALL the hope !

VO has very poor record of winning against litigations- 32% around. I know cases where medical rejected HIV+ client has got Canada VISA after the battle in the court.

So you may get late but always have a chance to fulfill Canada dream if you go to the RIGHT place/person for right decision which is an enlisted lawyer !

Cheers !

Last Friday/Saturday I got MR, RPRF, PCC request from Manila. Just after these req, 2 line turned into four lines in ECAS in the same day. I got linkedin view in private mode too in last week.

I have done my PCC request to Local Police Authority, finished my Medical which is uploaded already and did the Bank draft for RPRF and upon receiving PCC from Local Police Authority, hopefully will send everything to MVO by the middle of next week.

If you want to do the Bank Draft for RPRF payment, make sure you have a fnf known to you who has Bank account in SCB if you are not a SCB account holder. Because, from Jan 2015, SCB aint doing any SCB bank draft to non-account holder without a reference of a SCB account holder for such payment. They need a bank account because in case your case is rejected, that money gets refunded to the corresponding SCB account which saves long que in their Bank.

Alternatively you can pay online by Credit Card for RPRF. Either choosing following option A or B
A. if you have fnf in Canada/other places where online payment is possible, they can pay for you.
B. Get a credit card (i.e. from BRAC bank), endorse the amount in your passport, pay the amount by yourself in online,

In both cases, print the receipt which will come in email address, type your detail (i.e file number, DOB, UCI number etc) , and send it either hard or soft copy.

Thanks and good luck !
