one of my friend's real sister is living in alberta and she is PR card holder so how can she sponsor him

Yes she is married and has a child that's it no one else there in canada

Agree with canuck78. As her parents are alive and she already has family in Canada, she can’t sponsor her brother.

Think you misread just says she has family in Canada. Doesn't matter that her parents are in India. Only thing that matters is that they are alive. Unfortunately she still can't sponsor.
