Yes she is married and has a child that's it no one else there in canadaIs your friends sister married or has children? Are their parents or grandparents alive? Do they have any aunts/uncles or cousins anywhere in Canada?

Think you misread just says she has family in Canada. Doesn't matter that her parents are in India. Only thing that matters is that they are alive. Unfortunately she still can't sponsor.her parents are in india not in canada

I’m a little bit confused about family sponsorship in Alberta. I have my aunt with Canadian Citizenship.Am I eligible to apply under family Class sponsorship as her niece? By the way, i’m 28.
