Yes she is married and has a child that's it no one else there in canadaIs your friends sister married or has children? Are their parents or grandparents alive? Do they have any aunts/uncles or cousins anywhere in Canada?
And my friends parents are alive no grand parentsYes she is married and has a child that's it no one else there in canada
her parents are in india not in canadaAgree with canuck78. As her parents are alive and she already has family in Canada, she can’t sponsor her brother.
Think you misread just says she has family in Canada. Doesn't matter that her parents are in India. Only thing that matters is that they are alive. Unfortunately she still can't sponsor.her parents are in india not in canada

The Alberta PNP family program was shut down several years ago.Hi everyone!
I’m a little bit confused about family sponsorship in Alberta. I have my aunt with Canadian Citizenship.Am I eligible to apply under family Class sponsorship as her niece? By the way, i’m 28.
Thanks in advance!
