Thank you brother (or sister, I don't know). I'm still preparing for the interview. It's a big headache and stressful. I pray that no one ever gets an interview!

If anyone has info about the interview, help would be greatly appreciated
. I already checked brother cvimm's posts about the interview. It was really helpful.

It would be Brother, Haha.

We are glad our interview was waived off. Its scary being in such position that can deny your sponsorship. Hope you the best, usually, they ask couple questions not many.

Have a look at this( link below ). Click on " Interview Questions ". It will help you be prepared for what questions may come.

The transition time between IP to DM varies for everyone..I don't believe there is an approximate time frame..I have been waiting for 6 months now!!! My file went to IP status April 2, 2014..Some members have waited more than that..

I have submitted everything required and havent heard anythig since May 2014..

First of all, i did say, we will get good news by October 22 and you had said " there was no way!"

Haha! Now you see how accurate my dreams or what I have said comes true when you doubted me :P

Secondly, congratulations on your Decision made! Be on lookout for email requesting for PPR and wish you a speedy visa

I believe all the pages should be stamped, I just checked our Nikah khat's certified copy. they only signed the first page and the second page. but all the pages were stamped though.

did you send the original nikah khat ?

no problem :)

Taskira is only one page and yes I sent both the original and certified copy as well. But I heard that we are not supposed to send original copy of Taskira.

For the passport even though we were asked for certified copy we didn't provided that, we just included the photo copy of it. Because when my husband went to get it certified they were like there is no such thing.

Sorry I am confused. We need to certify in English since the Originals are either in Dari/Pashtu/Farsi.

They need to translate it then stamp them (the stamps are both in dari and english)

I am confused myself too
Ok I have the original green dari copy of nikah khat, and English copy of nikah khat original.
And original copy of tazkira dari and English copy
Copies of his passport pages
The English stamp to say true copy of original should say on which of the above, and true translation of documents

only the certified copies should have the stamps on them. So the English Translated copy of Nikah Khat & Taskira.

But I don't know why they need the passport's certified copy as the New AFG passports are in English language. But we just sent them photocopies of the Passport pages only.
