Once you pass the Eligibility, you will NOT get an interview and go direct " In Process ".

If you read my previous comment, you will notice your in Stage 3 because in Ecas, it says, " Medical Received " and your now waiting for Decision Made and lastly PPR which will come both at once ( sometimes it takes longer ). If it does not say " Medical received", it will take a few more weeks to finalize the application.

As you know, there was 4 days holiday so its coming soon.

80% ecas updates on Tuesdays. Other 20% its random.

I will advise you to wait another month and order GCMS note check.

1)

Once you hit, " We started processing your applcation " you will get " In Process " in Ecas once they update it.

You already passed the eligibility section!

2) You said " medical has been received " but expired. They will email you for remedical. I dont know when... As soon as you get it, within a week or less, you will hit Decision Made. Therefore, They will email you for PPR.

3) I don't think MP enquiry will not do anything in this case. You just have to be patient a few more weeks. Something will come! Trust me brother. Ecas will be updated. If not, then the following week hopefully. Havnt had any dreams about CIC yet haha

You need to provide a copy of marriage certificate with certified copy of Nikah Khat ( both Farsi and English ).

I had sent the original which I did not know at the time as i filled it myself... Once your sponsorship is completed, you will get it back anyway.

Except Police Clearance, the rest is copies. Once you certify your documents at Afghan Ministries, and in case you attest it by the consulate, then make copy and mail it to them. Not originals.

salaam Sara jan : in my case I send both I actually I have repersintive she helped prepared all the docs and we send both original and the certified transulated copy's as the other respected member dear EXMANE and mazar jan said is right but still if u wanna send the original too I think it is not bad idea coz u will get the original back anyways after they uploaded it to the E storage.

Yes. You wont be called to interview if your " In Process ".

You only need to do your re medical so make sure
Daily check your email inbox and junk folders for your re medical. As soon as your done, your ecas should change to Decision Made. Another week or two goes by, PPR request by email.

salaam dear brother as I can see ur helping everybody thank you bro , what is ur timeline and when do u apply for ur spouse please share if u want . And question about s.15 I mean if any page in the note has this s.15 it's means they don't disclose all the info on the note right? Coz in my note in security page I fund this s.15 sign and I don't see any thing under security , but i see the same officer's ID who passed my medical in security section so it's means they already start security or maybe passed or they Maybe never start it so far I am really confused coz my ecase is still IP it's been more than 3 months form app recived to IP I am really confused thank you

I have been reviewing the Topic for Indian residents, chances of interview is very less after your status changes to IP. But it is not a guarantee, maybe about 5% chances of still getting interview. But let's be positive and say your interview is waived

I got the atip results today and forwarded it to my mp. So everything is done.
She said background check is pending meaning in process and once that's done file will be finalized.
Please pray I hear something before November!
