On a realistic note 470-490 seems to be the correct range.

I think the second draw of June should be in the 1500 range and points may drop to 450 range.

For the first draw (June 1) no one can say for sure. I am guessing 460 maybe? if there are not too many new candidates.

I don't think any change in EI in near future to happen. It seems that CIC is very happy with the way the EI works at the moment because the system gave them full control of the immigration application.

Canada has always taken people with no Canadian experience - that has always been the main stream (at least by quantity) for new immigrants. If the last few draws were canadian experience oriented that means they were just canadian experience oriented, no statements were made concerning foreign experience.

That's why I said rumours. I hope they regard foreign experience equally too, but immigration policies tend to change very often in Canada, which really annoys people.
