Some more info: While applying for Passport (spouse needs to renew) - you need something like a NOC from the organization. However it seems you do not need one when you apply for a PCC? I just tried to fill a dummy application and at the end of it - i was not asked for any NOC for PCC.

Honestly CRS of 400 is very optimistic at any point of time. That means the IRCC does not have any control over so many candidates residing anywhere (which right now means Toronto).

Created my profile at 460 - And already have all docs ready except Medicals. Even PCC. Now need to lock down that ITA. Probably thinking by July should have it - though no one knows for sure. Any comments?
