Experience is 18th March 2013- Dec 2015 year Noc O exp. 2015 jan to 2015 Oct not worked. Nov 15 worked till 18th march 16 worked Noc O.
But I left on 19th March 2016 and landed here on 20th March 2016. So its a one day overstay in canada. Would that be a problem?

Hi,
Same thing happened to me as well last year.
Firstly you are in-eligible as your IELTS Score should be CLB Level - 7 which means Not less than 6 in any module. Please tell me your exact PGWP work per. Also If you worked when you were studying it wont be count. Your Work Exp should be in open work permit.
Also you can check your CRS score as well from this link - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
First step is to re take your IELTS Exam and get ECA for indian bchelors study through WES.
You can check this link for Step by step - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/educational-credential-assessment-eca-from-wes-step-by-step-guide-t394160.0.html
for any further query you can ask.. All the best mate
