Im getting the "website is down for scheduled maintainance" error. Maybe this is a sign they're having a draw? (Or may be it's wishful thinking.)

this feels like they r controlling points and numbers too much. i dont understand is it cause they r reviewing express entry system so they dont want to take in more before the changes happen?

Well i think as announced in the Alberta Conference, CIC is currently dealing with pre-express entry backlogs. They clearly announced than in order to clear the backlog, they would have to reduce the express entry workload by adjusting the intake.

Hang in there guys, although no one know when this 'low intake phase' would end but they have said that that they would increase intake by September. Im stuck at 461 myself, Status going to run out anytime. But im still assured it would happen in time, Dont go for a Bi-monthly ride, be patient until September, everything will turn out allright! September is 3 months away -not a long time of waiting, but of course it never hurts to hope scores would drop slowly per draw as we approach September.
