I can assure you get the money back if the scores are changed. For me it took about 3-4 for the whole process including them sending me a new report card.

Yes they asked Annex A and photos. I got mine done at walmart.

I am sure you can, your EE is for you PR and usually takes longer, if you are looking for schools you need to get a study permit.
