Try to raise CSE with RFRP receipt . They will tell you if your file is transferred to a local VO or still ln Ottawa. Don't worry too much you've missed something. I've paid RFRP in January and my file was not touched since that according to GCMS notes. So RFRP fee request does not always mean...
