You are right, there is lots to hope.
But being very hopeful, I also feel our situation is in a way worse also for us my friend, as they worked this weekend, but not on our files, they are moving forwards, like towards September. Earlier it was like, okay no files are opened, whenever they will open files we will get updates but now its like they are working like maniacs and have surpassed us and still no updates, its in a way worrisome.
NDVO is known to forget batches and later open around 7-8 months time. Plus this efficiency won't last long and its better we are through this, as PPRs are so quick, no lingering in IP2s etc. 80% June and 75% July are clear. We can easily become the not promised within 6 months 20%. So its better we at least bring our situation to their attention, collective e-mails will definitely get us their attention. Especially's Ottawa's attention, as NDVO gives no damn to any e-mails. Ottawa makes it a point to reply at the very least, hence the decision to e-mail both offices.

You wrote that 80% June and 75% of July are clear. Does that mean they have received PPRs already? How did you get this information. My AOR is July 4 and I am in IP1 since the last three months. Have not seen any movement whatsoever. Can you throw some light on this please?

I have this factual data from the immitracker, you can also check this. And yes my friend I mean 80% June and 75% July PPRs. Very few people left. Immitracker is quite an accurate tool for keeping tabs on updates, it reflects around 1/10th of the data as per @andy108, maybe even better, he can confirm this. @andy108 please confirm the sample size reflection from immitracker to actual number of files, it will help us.

As to your situation, even pending June folks haven't got any updates, maybe we are in some slow/forgotten batch! But you say you are still in IP1, that is a concern now. Make sure your PCC's are in order. Order GCMS notes to find out the cause of this. Better I suggest call CIC and ask about your criminality, might be something is missing. Do this Asap, if they say there are any doubts in criminality, then you can raise a CSE and upload proper docs with an LOE.
IP1 at this stage is a bit worrisome, better find out what is the reason behind this.

Hi, I am touching 6 months mark in some days from now. Still haven't even seen a single sign of progress on my application. The Dashboard in mycic account is not effective is explaining whats going on with the application.
Lately people from following months than June/July are seeing updates from New Delhi visa office. I being from June AOR still waiting for any update. If the visa officer that has our applications is so busy why dont you guys allocate the files to someone else. This is against the First come First serve policy as advocated by Canada immigration.

I would like my application to be started processing. Its beyond my understanding why we are being withhold and following months are being processed. What kind of First come first server defines this?

Also, confirm delhi email id if you have.

Thank you for the response Gurik. My BG Status says 'We will let you know once we start your background check'. I believe that is IP1, right? I had received a request for PCC on August 30 and had uploaded it on September 4.

I will call up CIC today evening. Could you please give me the number, I forgot to save it the last time I called. Is Criminality Check the first thing that they do? Is it a part of the R10 process? Just want to make sure I have the right information when I call them.

Hello @gurik and others; I need some assistance please.

I received PPR and RPRF request on Thursday from NDVO. However there is no sign of the tab to upload receipt in the submitted docs section of my app. I have raised a technical query and also emailed NDVO about this on saturday. Any idea what can be done or anyone else in this situation? Thanks in advance.

I think this will be perfect, do send a cover letter explaining and also you can send a LOE via CSE online to explain things. Do this, believe me rest is not an issue at all, all is good at this point, nothing will go wrong.
