I emailed NDVO twice ....once on 2nd Nov and then again on 16th Nov....no response yet
Yes, I read your post my friend. This post was for another member.
I asked you to only e-mail Ottawa as you have already e-mailed NDVO, you can also mention that you have already written two e-mails to NDVO an they do not reply to the e-mails. If its alright with you. Many e-mails on a same day to both offices might get us their attention.

I just wanted to share this with you guys, I called both NDVO and Ottawa on Friday... NDVO operator told me that the Visa office has no option to either get information about your files on call or in person and even the staff at call centre has no access to any information. She was nice but had no information and told that NDVO has only left e-mail as an option to contact them.

The Ottawa operator this time was a bad one. She was borderline rude, not ready to give any information, didn't even asked file number or anything, as soon as we told her that our visa office was New delhi, she said, "Sorry as your application is outside Canada we cannot access your information, please contact New Delhi Visa Office". So in case someone decides to call again don't straightaway tell that we know our Visa Office:p:D. Act dumb that you don't know, maybe it will help better:).

Yeah, same one.
Friends,

Do not hit the panic button as the situation is not as bleak as it was 2 weeks back. We can see that NDVO is working on weekends to clear the backlog. I am hopeful that most of you will get to see some update on your application this week.

As i said earlier, no harm in sending emails and most of us should try to write to NDVO instead of ottawa.

You are right, there is lots to hope:).
But being very hopeful, I also feel our situation is in a way worse also for us my friend, as they worked this weekend, but not on our files, they are moving forwards, like towards September. Earlier it was like, okay no files are opened, whenever they will open files we will get updates but now its like they are working like maniacs and have surpassed us and still no updates, its in a way worrisome.
NDVO is known to forget batches and later open around 7-8 months time. Plus this efficiency won't last long and its better we are through this, as PPRs are so quick, no lingering in IP2s etc. 80% June and 75% July are clear. We can easily become the not promised within 6 months 20%. So its better we at least bring our situation to their attention, collective e-mails will definitely get us their attention. Especially's Ottawa's attention, as NDVO gives no damn to any e-mails. Ottawa makes it a point to reply at the very least, hence the decision to e-mail both offices.
I really wish i am wrong!

I agree.

I am praying that we should all move to IP2 this week. This wait is "killing".

BTW where is saurabh. Haven't seen any posts "breaking News" from him today.

Hello @gurik and others; I need some assistance please.

I received PPR and RPRF request on Thursday from NDVO. However there is no sign of the tab to upload receipt in the submitted docs section of my app. I have raised a technical query and also emailed NDVO about this on saturday. Any idea what can be done or anyone else in this situation? Thanks in advance.

Bro... That tab will not come is my thinking.... Rest i asked a friend to send attachment of receipt to the PPR email+Ottawa email+cse newdelhi+a hard copy with passport to vfs... He has done so and deposited...

Debz .. later contacted and told that her consultant has said the same and was asking for reconfirmation. She eventually did the same.

Most of our WhatsApp group members are also doing the same.

I suggest you also do the same... If the tab appears in next few days.. which atleast don't believe it will... You can upload it there too..

Nothing can go wrong now.. you have your ppr...

Go ahead if you may...
