Mine took 14 days. I deposited the passport on 28th Dec and it was available for collection on 10th Jan.

I have asked my Organization for transfer, but chances are bleak. I will resign by March end and serve my 3 month Notice Period. Planning for moving in first week of July. But if my organization gives me transfer i can move from April onwards also.
