Oh man, i am so tempted to e-mail them back, that "wake up the damn visa officer then you blithering idiots".

Well as we assumed correctly file is not open yet, maybe the e-mails will have some effect so as the visa officer opens the file soon.

Thanks Gurik. Will call and ask about both. However, I have already uploaded my PCC and when I had emailed CIC, I had received a response saying my file is at NDVO. This would indicate that my R10 and criminality are completed, right?

Sometimes Criminality can be under review and still file maybe transferred to NDVO. R10 is pass for sure at this stage. Just pretend to confirm from them that whether the uploaded PCC has been updated in the system or not, will give you something to ask them, otherwise they will again hang up quickly.

2) Click on order now, different options will be displayed (with price in Rupees), choose the one that suits you, i went for e-GCMS, most people do.
3) Follow the instructions & Fill a simple form with your details and make the payment.
4) You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail that your order is confirmed.
5) You will get the notes in 30-40 days period (In your e-mai only as you go for e GCMS).
