Inder called cic a week back.. the agent told him about an outward communication on October 31. The agent did not have access to information in the communication. Inder raised a cse on the same day and it is found that the missed communication was ppr. He never received the said communication

No, i got the reply in 9 days. Have you raised GCMS?
As you have already passed 6 months, fire hundred of mails to them asking for an update.
