Ask for additional docs in Aug 2015 -landing fee , all forms ,police clearance, all school documents of the brother , option c print out etc . CIC started working in may 2016 .Got approval from CIC in July and they send the file to new Delhi . I got email from new Delhi FOR additional docs again, may be police clearance report is expire .My income was low during in pregnancy. we also add option c for 2014 , 2015 ,we have enough income on that period .I was disappointed , may be the file will rejected in Canada , but when i got approval , i was so happy . Now i have one doubt , if Delhi officer check my income again , he must have all the documents .do you guys know , it can be possible or no . please give me an advise .

I believe to be 100% sure you need to request GCMS notes. It is free and you can order online. It takes maximum 31 days.

i got email from cic, my parent sponsorship file approved in canada and they send file to new delhi .i got email from new delhi for additional docs - police clearance , landing fee bill and form 5669 .collecting it , send them soon . I have one question -
(1) would they need income verification again ? i applied in 2011
any help will be appreciated

LVO will now process the applicant, not the sponsor. Since you have been already approved as a sponsor therefore don't need to worry about income verification part. Now LVO will process information of sponsored person data and verify their information.

i am not planning to do upfront medical.

Since I have not heard anything from CIC, I need to extend my parent's Supervisa. Although they have visa till 2018 but still need to extend because their heath insurance is expiring in Oct and they got visitor permit for only one year.

Can anyone please let me know which documents I need to send for extension and Do I have to buy full year insurance as I expect they will get PR withing few months.

No idea about the documents required but regarding the medical insurance, you should be able to get refund of any period not used once your parents get PR status.

When they become PR's they will need to leave Canada and return to complete landing formalities so you can inform your insurance of their departure from Canada and get any refund for the outstanding period. It does not matter even if they just cross over to the USA and return by road because they have left Canada as a visitor and they return now as a permanent resident.

Then depending on your province check if they get immediate health coverage or if there is a wait period before they are allowed access. In Ontario it is a 3 months wait period.

IRCC doesn't use the term DMP (Designated Medical Practitioner) anymore, rather uses PP (Panel Physician) for the medical exams.

You will have to get the insurance for the time you are looking to extend NOT the one whole year. You will only get the refund for unused time if you don't claim anything. Once you claim anything using the purchased policy then you are not eligible for any refund. Atleast this was the policy for my mother.

You have to jse extend my stay within Canada application forms. You can download them from IRCC website or you can apply online.

Hello Everyone,

I got an email on August 02,2016 from Delhi Embassy asking for travel history for my parents and the dependant child since they turned 18. Also for the Police clearance if not send earlier. Although I never received any email stating that my file has bee transferred to Delhi. They asked for 4 things in the email. 3 of them were already send in October 2015. In the email it also states that they will send a separate email for medical instructions. fingers crossed....
