Hello my friends,
This is my story here;
Office is Scarborough center:
Received: May 10, 2012.
Process application: Oct 25, 2012.
Residence questionnaire requested CIT 0171 (09-2012) E version : Nov 30, 2012.
Residence questionnaire sent: January 9, 2013.
1st Fingerprint Request: January 24, 2013.
1st Fingerprint sent: February 11, 2013.
Text Exam: February 7, 2014 and passed at St Clair office.
2nd Fingerprint sent: February 11, 2014.
2 Mini Residence questionnaire requested CIT 0520 (07-2014) E version : December 17, 2014
File assigned to officer: December 17, 2014
Additional documents sent: March 14, 2015
Oath Ceremony: ??????
I am going to apply mandamus on may 10, 2015. Right now, I am looking for good lawyer and please if someone good lawyer,let me know because, i am fed up vith CIC waiting game.

"Writ of Mandamus" is a tool for applicants like us to reach out to the courts and request the applications, stuck due to administrative delays, be processed by CIC. Please search for word "Mandamus" in this forum and you will find tons of literature discussing it.

It is really sad to see that so many people are still waiting on their applications to be finalized after years in processing. I encourage anyone that can afford it to go for Mandamus, there is no reason for CIC to delay these applications just because they suspect something when new applications are barely taking one year to process.
In my case I recently received yet another letter from the officer in charge asking for my U.S entry/Exit records. I submitted the request online but I was recently told by DHS that it takes between 6 months to 18 months to get report. There is absolutely no way I will wait 6 months to get that report and besides the officer only gave me 30 days to respond.
So I have reached out to my MP basically telling her that I cannot meet that timeline, I have also sent CIC a letter telling then it takes at the minimum 6 months to get that report.....they need to make a decision soon.
I am prepared to go for Mandamus if I can find a cheap lawyer as I am sick and tired of proving documents to these people.

Your timreline is close to mine. I have received 3 correspondences from CIC since my file was assigned to an officer back in January 2015. First, they requested leases, notices of assessments, health records, tax assessments..., second, it was it my entry/exit records and just a few days ago the same information again with a final notice.
