I have two points to run by you:

First, regarding your last response,

How can I improve my RQ if they did not request any more documents and did not even review my submitted RQ yet?

As for the CJ hearing, I will defiantly go for one. When we applied, my husband had all the required days while I was a few weeks short. Our lawyer told us that it wont be a problem and we believed him. If we filed for Writ of Mandamus and the judge rules in our favor can the CIC appeal my application and not his?

what does WOM stands for?

Second, what if I approached the citizenship matter a different way,

If we have to wait years to finish this process because of our RQ and fulfilling our RO, expiring background checks, and filing Writ of Mandamus, Isn't it easier and faster to start fresh? :(

We will be able to renew our PR cards when they expire, finish our contract here, then move back to Canada once and for all.

Can we withdraw our citizenship application, wait another 4 years to gather all the required days (and sponsor our child in the meantime), then apply again? this time we wont raise any flags (hopefully) as we will be residing in Canada.

Will the application run smoother? Or will this application complicates the next?

Which way do you think is faster?
Thanks
