it would be good to attache screen shots of the variouse dates the CIC site was updated. unfortunately this year i did not copy them. we need to show factual documents with the different dates and the caps

I am saying the same spicey...I never saw it in mail your application. All I am saying is that if people are claiming that it must be written then probably i overlooked it. You mistook my earlier reply. It was answer to someone on the forum claiming that NOC code must be written. I am not advising that it should be written as I myself did not write it. Hope you got my point of view correctly now
With the new procedure (after July 18), the NOC should not be written on the enveloppe.

the letter should be professional and reflect our situation and the misleading information published on the CIC website with regard the number of 1122 applicants

Hi All - interesting twist and good idea! I would be happy to draft then letter for us if you think it would help? I could write this and post a copy on the forum for everyone to review before it is supplied. Also i don't think the Prime Minister is the right route, it needs to be directed at the Immigration Team, obviously to a top level. The Prime Minister is unlikely to have time or the interest to respond, he will have bigger things to worry about i'm afriad - not to say he's not a good guy, just a very busy one :)

Sound like a plan?

I still haven't got the bad news from CIO, even though i posted the application after 10th July. But i believe that it will not take much longer time for me to receive the same from CIO.

However i talked to my Immigration consultant today. What she advised me was to get a letter drafted individually, because CIC will not entertain any collective request. Also, though almost all the forum members are appearing to be genuine, we cannot trust all the information provided by all of them. Since we also do not have a way to check their genuineness, it's highly possible that we will all end-up with a letter carrying, misinformation. This would sure lead the CIC Or to Minister to refuse at once.

So let us prepare our own letters, describing the situation. And i guess that this would be much powerful, when many of the applicants are complaining over the same issue, individually.

Let us know how it goes. I, personally just waiting to get the e mail from CIO, to send the letter.

Good Luck Mates!

Ok thats no problem, please give me a day or two to do it though, am extremely busy at work at the moment. Even if we don't send collectively it will be a draft we can all work from, in essence we all have the same message to put across anyway. Could you post or PM me the detail your friend used to supply his letter, i.e. name and address for Canada?
Its worth a try but i still don't believe the cap filled when we are saying it did, UK consultants are buying it either.....

Guys take a look please

LIST OF RELEVANT E-MAIL ADDRESSES

If you wish to use e-mail, here is a list of e-mail addresses. We have included other information you can use to make a complaint about the immigration issue:

(1) Canada’s Prime Minister, Stephen Harper: Harper.S@parl.gc.ca
(Ph. 613- 992-4211 ; Fax: (613) 941-6900

(2) Canada’s Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, Jason Kenney: Kenney.J@parl.gc.ca (Ph. 613-992-2235 ; Fax. 613-992-1920)

MP’S WHO ARE ON CANADA’S STANDING COMMITTEE ON CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION

(4) The 12 MP’s who are on the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration spend most of their time discussing immigration and refugee issues. They make decisions on what immigration and refugee changes should be introduced to the House of Commons. Incredible as it may sound, they spend almost all of their time listening to Canada’s immigration industry (immigration lawyers, immigration consultants and ethnic groups whose votes they want). These MP’s need to hear from real Canadians. Here are their names and e-mail addresses :

Don Davies (don.davies@parl.gc.ca)
