That is great news so you are the 2nd case in this forum whose application reached in august and cc is charged. i am hopeful too, my application reached on 22nd august 10 AM and till that time cap was not reached. The website was updated in the afternoon on 22nd. So hoping for the best.

Really, then I missed it while reading the guide......I did not submit it via a consultant and have overlooked it. May be that is why my application was recieved and may be not everyone puts NOC code on envelope. Also they cannot say we do not accept the packet when a courier person or postman...
