Thanks for your reply :) The mistake does not affect my eligibility, it would just mean I'd need to get a police certificate for the UK since it's more than 6 months in total then - but in fact I wasn't more than 6 months in the UK. What's an LOE?

Did you get the Überbeglaubigung for the police certificate? CIC doesn't mention it, but the ordering form online suggests I might need it for Canada.

When they say 'letter' do they really mean that in the physical sense, as in 'not an email'?

Thank you for your reply! But I don't really understand what you are suggesting. What do you mean by 'just order the same'? So does that mean it's really just an electronic copy - but why do I need to specify the mailing address during the order process? And why should they refund me $41?
