Hey there,

I'm unsure if I'll ever get the provincial nomination, so I'm starting to look into finding an employer.

But there is one thing I can't find anywhere (maybe I'm just searching wrong):
When I get a job, the LIMA etc and eventually the additional points for having a job offer, is my visa then tied to that employer? Meaning, when I resign/get fired, do I loose the visa?

No. As PR, you can live and work anywhere you want to across Canada.

And this is probably one of the reasons employers are LMIA unfriendly because they don't see any benefit to them in spending time and effort to help their current or prospective employee a positive PR decision only for the employee to quit at the first opportunity.
