I received my application back from CIC yesterday. Application Received at CIC, Dec 16th 2014. My contract was terminated by my clients, due to low oil prices. I am out of country end of this month. Good luck for others. I might try an LMIA with another client or try Express entry. Thanks Raj

I guess, if your medicals are 8 months old, they should still be valid. I think, medicals are valid for 12months from the date it is taken

Jas, don't worry. It wont take long to give your medicals and i don't think you need a police clearance for temporary permit. You can get ur medicals done in USA, as long as they are physicians in the CIC panel Even i had my medicals done before i came from INDIA.
