How long(business days) to process Tourist Visa in INDIA(New Delhi)

Hi,

I have applied for Tourist Visa for my wife who wants to visit our Son who is living in Toronto, Canada.Can someone please tell me how many business days it takes for CHC to give/tell us a result considering the delay in processing because of the strike in New Delhi, INDIA?

From CIC website, i would see that it takes 4 business days for Tourist Visa to be processed but Considering the delay(workers strike) , did someone get their Tourist visa recently ? please let me know.

I'm very much worried coz of the delay caused by the PAFSO .

please someone throw some lights .

Did you get any response from the consulate? I applied TRV for my wife on May 25 and still waiting.
