Nope that is correct, the CAQ approval letter is what is required by the IRCC, I asked my friend as well and they said that the letter was enough, they received their study permit around May before all the lockdowns in India. I myself have not yet received a decision on my study permit

Sorry but what is the difference between direct submission and two way courier service ? I thought all the submissions were directly to the IRCC? I’m not sure how to phrase it correctly :|

Hey, I submitted my study permit on the 23rd of April with a CAQ letter of approval. I’m assuming the IRCC would’ve needed this same document in June as well.
