No idea about the first wave thing tbh. Just to clarify I’m still waiting for my study permit to be approved but is it the same as receiving a PPR?

Hey @CAsingh i also submitted a technical issue report to cic. I think you’re right about it being a technical issue with the ircc server @FST is also having the same problem. I couldn’t find a way to resolve it till now if anyone does please help

Im having the same problem with the error code: 911 - Authentication failed. Code:AVC Im using my credit card with international transaction access enabled. Could anyone please tell me what else is to be done? or if this is an error with the immigration website?
