Then I assume it’s a system error You can raise a webform for a technical issue with a screenshot of the error and the IRCC will contact you Or maybe wait until tonight and see if anyone else has the same error, then you’ll know if it’s affecting everyone

Hey is there an error appearing when you try to pay the fee ? Since this happened before: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/transaction-not-approved.501503/page-2 It was resolved by the IRCC since it was an error in the system
