I have tried multiple cards, including both debit and credit cards. I have international transactions enabled on my cards and yet i am not able to pay my fee. Does anyone have any idea about how to pay the fees after being declined? Or should I buy forex card for this transaction? Kindly reply as soon as possible as I have to submit my application before 1st August for the September intake.

Hey is there an error appearing when you try to pay the fee ? Since this happened before:

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/transaction-not-approved.501503/page-2

It was resolved by the IRCC since it was an error in the system

It says "481 - System decline" and "481 - DECLINED * ="
The first one is for Mastecard and the second is of Visa.

Then I assume it’s a system error
You can raise a webform for a technical issue with a screenshot of the error and the IRCC will contact you
Or maybe wait until tonight and see if anyone else has the same error, then you’ll know if it’s affecting everyone

Most of the time those are just errors happening at their system. In most case it would disappear after a day or two. When I tried to pay, all payments using different debit and credit card resulted in an error(code - 911 if my memory serves right). After 3 days it went away and I got to pay with the first card I tried. Turned out it was an issues in their part.
So wait for some day and try again. If it does not go away then I recommend you to try with other cards. Also check with your bank to see if the cards are enabled for international transaction. Raising a technical issue is another option if it does not go away soon but they are very late to give any resolution.

I just checked the available biometric slots in city and the earliest available is in the last week of August. Since I have to submit my application before 1st august for fall intake. Do you think the application will be rejected?

This has been happening since yesterday though. They also had the website down for maintenance today, even after that there's no changes. I have raised a technical issue, haven't received a reply yet.

They won't reject you just because you submitted late. Expect delays tho, most probably you will receive a decision only after classes start for fall. For the biometrics you can book an appointment before receiving BIL. You would need BIL when you attend the appointment tho.

Yes looks like it, I anyway have an option of attending my classes online for the fall term, I have booked an appointment for the biometrics at the earliest date available. Also, Thank you for letting me know about it.

I received my biometrics information letter today, it says that I have to submit my biometrics within 30 days. But my appointment is for 31st August that is 9 days after the deadline to submit my biometrics. They have asked to submit a webform if it exceeds the 30 day limit, the webform isn't working currently. What am I supposed to do now? Should I visit the VAC with my appointment letter and the information letter to request them to consider moving up my appointment. Will they consider doing so?
