Oops let me reiterate that question. Did you get confirmation from them that the passport was sent to IRCC office? Or does it only reach VFS office? You included every necessary documents such as PPR letter, Consent form, Courier form and Passport right?

Contact VFS and IRCC. Explain the situation in details. I think this could be a mistake from VFS's or IRCC's part since you have not received any other letter. Please tell us what was the tracking detail notification/mail you last received from VFS.
