I also submitted before 15th May but still now I’ve not received any update till now…my timeline is in my signature

Hopefully we should get a reply soon… some applications from India have gotten from the 22nd/23rd June onwards

Same here got the BVL on 6th May but no update after that…

BVL is the Biometrics Validation Letter which states that your biometrics are valid for 10 years from the date you submitted it, since you gave your biometrics before I’m assuming you received such a letter when you applied for the visitor visa, although I’m not so sure if you need to get...

I don’t think so because I applied through SDS as well and haven’t received a decision till now; biometrics were uploaded on the 29th of April, medical passed on the 5th of May and BVL was received on the 6th of May.

Seriously. No doubt it’s good for those who revived their PPRs after giving biometrics recently, but what about those who completed their entire application (biometrics and medical) before the lockdowns ??

Hey, I believe vfs replies with an appointment confirmation within 2 days. I submitted a request for the biometrics appointment on the 24th of April and they replied on the 26th with an appointment date; hope this helps !
