I know four people who received ppr yesterday they lodged their file on 20th may and did biometrics on 24th june and received their ppr yesterday.

Some agents told that Canada adopt the artificial intelligence system like 2018 because of huge backlogs of files.i dont know it is true or not

To add to this, I think only ones submitted in may and after that and gave biometrics after 21st got decisions. I have not seen April ones much.
