I think they take many things into consideration. When did you apply? is your DLI on the list?

I applied 3rd August, SDS for Fall 2020 intake. Yes DLI is on the list too and have AIP
My medical has not been updated but it seems that is a glitch in the system? A lot of people don't have their medical updated. Another friend of mine gave her biometrics on the 27th in India and got OPR yesterday.
