It was about 2 weeks from when they got his pgr and when they requested ARC. But this was way back in sept 2012. When things seem to be moving ALOT faster than 2013 so far. And even for back than we received it faster than most. Most people were still about 3-5 weeks.

Im not sure what they do if you don't add them, I just know we were advised to add all the forms that are on the checklist. To cause less confusion for the officer. Also what did you use as your national identity info ? did you put anything besides the passport ?

I believe its on Legal size paper. 8.5 x 11. They suggest you don't fold it if at all possible.

Your Pr confirmation? Do you mean something else. A PR confirmation is the paper they send you when your application has been approved and completed and you are ready to arrive/land in Canada as a permanent Resident.
