    I fail to see how this is an urgent query. In relation to the question, I do think that one of the provinces asks for the birth certificate. I suggest you research the province you hope to apply for to check their requirements, all is readily available online.

    Unfortunately no, they won't do you any good. You would need at minimum a diploma and even then it won't boost your scores too much. Check out BC PNP, you may qualify for that - I think I remember they have a stream for hospitality workers, don't quote me on it though.

    Yep, you can. You would need to leave and re-enter to activate your permit, many people do a trip to Vegas for the weekend if there are cheap flights. Otherwise you can literally cross the nearest border and come straight back.

    You are still going to struggle to get the points in the system without formal education. Have you worked out your CRS score? Another thought is - when in 2015 did you apply for your IEC permit? If it was prior to March 3rd, you can do one more IEC permit if you still meet the age requirements.

    The EE profile is not your official submission. In contrast, if you submitted the eAPR incorrectly it might be a bit of an issue, however given you reduced your experience and didn't falsely increase it - I'd say you have no issues. This system and process drives us all a little crazy.
