Bridging visa after EE 57th draw

The system counts it assuming the first day of the month listed to the last day. You would need to put her start date as May to current to completely be ineligible for CEC.

You do know that she needs to submit her medical with the e-APR also? Four days is already tight to submit without errors. Has she completed an upfront medical?

City Restriction on Open Work Permit

I think you are reading into that a little too far - I would interpret that as the Greater Vancouver area, not 'the city of Vancouver'. So Burnaby, Richmond etc are fine. Weird that you were restricted, you can apply to have your conditions changed. But in the meantime, I wouldnt let that hold...

Not sure what you are asking? They remove your work permit as it is not longer valid and you don't need it as a PR.

It's a requirement in BC for service of liquor, it is rarely enforced but legally they can ask.

    Name embossed debit card?

It's common that some clubs and pubs need two pieces of ID, totally worth having them with you. Drivers licence and health services card are my two that I have with me. PR card also.

    Life in Canada ??

I love Canada. I love the lifestyle that I have here and the people that I have met are great. Work opportunities are what you make of them and after doing a couple of 'fun seasonal' jobs, I've been in a great permanent role for three years.

Here is an outline of the process, you get opportunities to have your input and also appeal if need be. I would hold off on the lawyer until you need it. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/admiss/process.asp

    Lawyer recommendations for medical inadmissibility?

Wow, really? This is not the place for medical advice, particularly based on next to no information from the OP. Lets keep the advice to immigration.

Unable to get all of my employment references.

Have you confirmed that this is gaining you points in the system? You would need more official documentation than the BBC. You need to first prove your employment there as thoroughly as you can and then prove the reason you can't get the letter is that the company is no longer.

Unable to get all of my employment references.

Are you gaining any points for your employment? If no, remove from your work history and list only in your personal history. Otherwise, if you are claiming points, do you have you job offer letter or any other employment information related to that company (payslips, statements etc)? This...

You can do it at any authorized doctor, however if you get called back in for re-testing etc, I'm not sure if you can do that at your local center.

Anyone got PPR who applied with 50 additional point + ICT + CEC Inland

Probably worth noting that they don't mean that you must only have a one year contract. It is that you must have at least one year of offered employment with that company, exceeding the requirements is never an issue. While you don't need to work for the company once you have your PR, you are...

Do we declare all work experience in EE

I entered only the job that I claimed points for in both my EE profile and post ITA with no issues - received PR. You can modify your work history post-ITA without needing to reject it, as long as the changes that you make do not change your points. Or if they do, the new total is over the CRS...
