e-APR got Cancelled as incomplete - What to do ?

Hello Everyone

I am a NBPNP applicant and submitted my e-APR in January 2017. My application got canceled as incomplete in March because of missing police clearance certificate. Now I have created a new express entry profile and requested the NBPNP authority to transfer my nomination to the new profile. They said that they updated my information in their system in 21st March.

However I can’t see any change in my new profile. I already submitted “ Repot a Technical Issue ” twice and raise a CSE to IRCC. But no reply yet. I am extremely worries when should IRCC transfer my nomination to the new profile?
Anyone has similar experience? If so then please share.

I would think you will have more luck checking with NBPNP to see if the transfer has occurred.
