Hello Seniors,
Please help urgently.I'm in trouble.

I have been working in Canada on ICT for past 1+ years and just received ITA based on Offer of Employment (Additional 50 points offered for ICT Visa holders)

Now my company is asking me to leave Canada due to project unavailability.

1) If I leave the Canada after submitting the application and AOR, will it create any problem?

2) Do I need to continue working in Canada to make my Application eligible till PR is processed, because I have got offer of employment in a letter stating that my Company will keep me employed in Canada ever after receiving PR.

You would need to let IIRC know about this post AOR so yes, this would cause an issue.

Essentially your work place is cancelling the job offer by sending you home. You no longer qualify for the additional 50 points and falsely continuing an application knowing this puts you right in misrepresentation zone.

Do you really need the 50 points? If you have a good score without it, you can continue your application with the same ITA and LoE from anywhere in the world. You dont have to be physically present in Canada for the PR application.
