That depends on what ground your visa was rejected. You can definitely apply for Canada but visa ...THAT IS NOT GUARANTEED AND NO ONE CAN ASSURE YOU THAT. Good Luck!

There are mixed reviews. It's completely up to the officer's decision at the Airport. Since you can't start working soon you land, you need to show proof of enough funds to support yourself till you start your class. I wish more members would share their experiences on travelling 3-4 months...
