How to fill IMM 5818?

Hey Guys, how to fill form IMM 5818? I am not able to fill it through the adobe acrobat reader.

Make sure your Acrobat comes with Editor tools. With Reader you can only read the PDF not edit. You can download Adobe Acrobat PRO XI trial version and then edit with this software.

Ya editor tools is there..I had filled IMM1294 earlier but i was not able to fill IMM5818.

how to edit the document checklist in 5818 through adobe acrobat DC in form 5818? I am not able to checklist the doc.

I dont know about adobe acrobat DC.
But with my Adobe Acrobat PRO XI, there's an option called 'Fill & Sign' on top right section and it has drop down menu -1.Add Text, 2. Add Check Mark, 3. Place Initials and 4. Place Signature.

You can edit however you want it with Adobe Acrobat PRO XI.
Not sure about the DC but look out for the similar options.

Please, after been denied before, If reapplying again and filling the IMM1294 form of the Application for study permit made outside of Canada, do i need to input the previous UCI number or should I leave it blank for a new regeneration of a new UCI number by the visa office??

In my previous refused study permit, my father's name was misspelled due to typo errors, now, I am reapplying again, can i use the LOE to explain and state the correct spelling, or I should add a sworn affidavit to prove the correct spelling?

Will they ask for marks card or any other docs if we apply online for study permit?

For applying online, I did the eligibility and need to submit 'better of acceptance, imm1294, family information, e-medical, digital photo, proof of financial support, passport...please reply
