From my experience, u should get MR within a week..

They wont accept by hand. u have to courier it.

Friend, I submitted my passport only two days back. most of 2013 applicants got PP request in december. and so far no change in ECAS. dont worry , your journey is almost complete. just hang in there. this new year will bring u good news.

no need to send PCC right now. In the medical request letter they will also also ask for submission of pcc , RPRF and PP. That is usually the practice. so just wait for their mail.

@ all who paid RPRF at NDVO - is the amount Rs 31400 or present conversion rate? @ amit- i received MR, RPRF n PPR on the same day. kindly color me purple !

Congrats on your MR. you will also receive a mail with attachments. my AOR is dated 18 OCT and my ECAS states 'we started processing on 27 NOV." so 17 jan may be like - before 2 months from processing started date. only NDVO knows for sure.. :)
