It took around 80 days for me to obtain PER. with the strike still going on , i don't see any response coming from CIC earlier than 60 days of submission.

which is ur bank? I took my DD from SBT and their position is that all instruments are valid for 3 months only

If u have continuous work experience of at least one year in 2263 within the last ten years you can apply in that NOC. As for the cap, nothing can be said for sure. it appears that ours is not as hot as others.check out the spreadsheet in FSWP 2013 Spreadsheet (Faster Version)...
