In approx 4.5 months cic has received 166 complete applications for 2263. my guess is another 3 months to fill cap. so december applicants stand a chance.

From forum feedback we could infer that CIC is processing september applicants. probable that u will receive news in Jan 2014.

I was checking the 2010 applicants visa tracking sheet of NDVO and found out that 104 applicants received DM / COPR during september and october 2013. clearly suggests NDVO priority at the moment.
