We have the same problem here... every time we tried to reach out to IRCC we had problems... they should have a number specific for ppl living outside Canada... And you should ask your MP to get GCMS notes... at least it should shed some light on what's happening

The thing is that I also thought that the 3rd line, stating that they have start processing the application, was the AOR2. However I got an email from Mexico VO as "acknowledge of receipt" on January 14, and then the 2nd line appeared in my eCAS. I guess this AOR2 thing is random... some ppl...

Well, I believe that after pre arrival is just PPR :) June applicant here and stuck in BGC and eligibility for some 2 or 3 months right now

I am looking more towards the end of the 12-month period tho. Mexico VO isn't the fastest one and my process is there since November, so i would say that is likely that I won't hear nothing regarding PPR before May-June. Wife lives here with me, so right now we are not in a rush to go to land in...

Hopefully they will speed up things there hahahaha... I am expecting them to finish my application just shy from the 12-months processing time, so if they manage to finish it earlier, that would be great!
