I checked the website and they stopped accepting the 10-2017 version of the documents until March 15, 2018. I used the 02-2018 versions for the document checklist and IMM0008, so I hope that this is okay :)

My guess is that they do not process over the weekend... because my application was sent yesterday and should arrive at the CPC-S next Friday, which means that probably they will start the delivery only on Monday.

I just cheked the 2018 outland spreadsheet here. Many people are getting the AOR1 within 30 to 40 days and not in 45 to 60 days... maybe things are getting faster with the Sydney CPC!
