On immi tracker there aren't any updates... These applicants are from the whatsapp group? My application was received there on the June 27, so I guess it will take me easily another week to get AOR xD

As far I can tell, Open Work Permit is only available for the Inland applicants; if the PA wants to work in Canada and has applied outside Canada, it will be necessary a LMIA.

What stress me more is the fact that I can't call them to check, since my wife and I are in Brazil and the telephone number doesn't accept calls from outside Canada :(

Here at the bottom of the page you can find the location where to send your application. As you are applying from outside Canada, you would send it to CPC-Sydney, like I did :)...

I was checking and there is quite a few ppl that received AOR1 but didn't get SA or Med right away... maybe along this week you will get some news... maybe you can call them and ask what is happening

I believe that you've got your AOR1 :) heheheh great news!! Hopefully more of us will get our AOR too! By the average time, I will probably have to wait another week before getting mine

WOOOOW! 10 days to 11 weeks is a huge difference! I know that these times aren't something constant but I was hoping that changing CPC would make things faster rather than slower hehehehe

It seems to me that since the CPC was changed from Mississauga to Sydney things got slower... I have been checking the tracker and ppl from after mid June still not getting AOR1, meanwhile there is one application from the beginning of June that had already received AOR2

I am sorry about it... At least you can see what you have done right and solve whatever things were missing or not clear enough and try again! I think instead starting fresh, you should just fix what is to be fixed... this way you know that you're not wasting time on things that were good for...

I believe that the only requirement is to keep your address updated with CIC, because what if you and your sponsor/PA need to move around for a longer period of time, let's say 6 or 7 months?
